Yes tell your doctor to post his new patient forms online so you can download them and fill them out more accurately and in your own time calmly at home rather than rushing to the dentist’s office an hour ahead of time. Take forms with you into the office already filled out or email them in ahead of time. This prevents accidents with kids that you may be watching while trying to juggle the clipboard full of paperwork. Also it is easier to fill this out at home where all your information is.

No more waiting in the doctor’s office or having to come in early just to fill out forms. These can easily be printed and brought into the doctor’s office on the first visit or conveniently faxed or emailed as the patient wishes. Very nice idea.
